Become a Substitute Aide Pool Provider

As a way to support ECE providers in Lycoming, STEP in partnership with the Early Learning Resource Center Region 7 has developed a Substitute Aide Pool Program (SAPP). ECE providers are invited to become members of SAPP to secure the available Classroom Aides, when you have staffing needs.

All STEP Substitute Aides:

  • Have received all necessary clearances, orientation, onboarding, and training as it relates to the job position.
  • Meet all OCDEL Certification Requirements.
  • Are provided with 12 additional PQA’s hours per year.
