Early Learning Pathway
STEP’s Early Learning Pathway includes Head Start, Pre-K Counts, Early Head Start, and the Early Learning Resource Center (ELRC). These high-quality early learning experiences are provided by skilled professionals, in partnership with parents and communities. The Early Learning Pathway leads to success in school and life.
